Cactus Juice Adds to Raw Foods Diet

“I have more energy
THAN EVER!”

- Francine Mienik
author of
A RADIANT LIFE – Raw Food and the Presence of Love

Francine Mienik is an author writing under her other name, Sun-Rose. She’s the mother of a 40-year-old daughter struggling with autism. And she’s an expert on raw foods. A vegan for more than 35 years, Francine has now been completely committed to a raw foods diet for almost seven years. She’s also a big fan of the Nopal cactus juice.

Francine first learned about Nopal Cactus Juice when she was looking for an alternative healing therapy for her daughter Sarah. She consulted a naturopath who suggested that the anti-inflammatory properties in the cactus juice might be helpful in calming her daughter. Unfortunately, that didn’t yet turn out to be the case. So Francine began drinking the juice herself and found that it boosted her energy to new highs.

“I was in the middle of a very enjoyable juice fast and feeling full of energy,” says Francine. “I decided to drink a few ounces of the Nopal Cactus Juice every day and found that suddenly I had even more energy, so much so that I felt compelled to start running and practicing yoga again.”

Although she ran for years and managed to finish two full marathons, running was rarely easy or comfortable for her. “It was more an exercise of self-discipline than anything else,” says Francine. “I especially found running uphill uncomfortable, and any run from home includes some uphill. After drinking the juice, the first thing I noticed was that uphill running wasn’t bothering me and even breathing uphill was comfortable. Now I want to run constantly. What a difference the juice has made.”

For everyone who has ever wondered about a raw foods diet, Francine doesn’t miss cooked food and can’t imagine ever eating it again. “Fresh fruits and vegetables are so beautiful. Even the simplest meal is a work of art with living colors,” she says.

In her book, A RADIANT LIFE, Francine writes: “A living food diet changes your mind; it opens it wide to the Divine blessings for us to both give and receive.” Her next book, YOU ARE LOVED AND SAFE, which she wrote with help from Guidance, will be out shortly.
