Susan Collins

Susan Collins is our very own Mary Poppins. She adds just a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down. We first met Susan through our church in 2007, and when we were looking for health coaches in 2010, we knew she would be a great fit for us and for you guys.

Being physically active all her life with bicycling, swimming, and walking, Susan is lucky in that she doesn’t have many physical pains. And she uses the cactus juice to keep it that way. A few weeks into drinking the juice, Susan noticed that her energy level was better than ever and she began feeling more clear-headed, especially late in the day.

When you try to ask Susan about herself and her life, she is beyond modest and makes it sound as if she hasn’t accomplished much. But for those of us who know her, we know that is not the case. Susan makes everyone want to be around her with her dry sense of humor and witty retorts.

Susan has spent the majority of her life as a car broker, either buying or selling cars for export. She has been a car aficionado since her teenage years and loves all makes and models, especially sports cars.

Susan is also an amateur photographer, taking pictures of her everyday surroundings, with her new camera and sometimes her iphone, which remind us of what a spectacularly beautiful place we live. I’ve included a few of her photos so that you can enjoy them as much as we do.

She also makes us giggle with caricatures she draws, sometimes of people she know knows, sometimes of folks around the office, and sometimes what she imagines our customers look like.

Susan also loves to travel and has spent extensive time on the beautiful island of Bali in Indonesia, in New Zealand, and most recently in South Africa. During her travels, she briefly considered relocating. While I’m sure she would have loved living on the other side of the world, we are so glad to have her here brightening up our days.
